Prussian carp Fishing

Present in almost every Bulgarian reservoir and in the still arms of the Danube, this is the most commonly caught freshwater fish in the country. It holds over shallow, weedy, silty bottoms. Fish a feeder or a light float rig with a size 10-14 hook and corn, paste or worm. It becomes very active as the water warms; May to September, morning and evening, are best. On pressured spots use thin line and small baits.
