Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Creating an account under a false or someone else's identity is prohibited.

Merahane is the social feed where anglers share their catches. Any text, photo or comment you post is "User Content".

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to display, store and distribute that content inside the App. The licence ends when you delete the content (removal from backups may take a reasonable period).
• You confirm that you own the content you post or otherwise have the right to share it.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or content targeting an individual
• Obscene, pornographic, gratuitously violent or otherwise objectionable imagery or text
• Illegal fishing: content that promotes or celebrates closed seasons, restricted areas, banned gear, undersized fish or protected species
• Spam, fraud, gambling or betting promotion, unsolicited advertising
• Impersonation, or sharing another person's private data without consent
• Attempts to breach App security, scrape data automatically or disrupt the service

• You can report any post, comment or user from inside the App (⋯ menu → Report).
• You can block any user; blocking is mutual — neither of you will see the other's content.
• We review reported content within 24 hours. Where we find a violation we remove the content and, where warranted, suspend or terminate the account.
• Automated filters may hold clearly objectionable content in a review queue before it becomes visible.

• The App is free to use; some features require a paid (Pro) subscription.
• Payments are collected by the App Store or Google Play; cancellations and refunds follow that store's rules.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Cancel from the subscription settings of your store account.

Catch scores, weather and marine data in the App are predictions, not guarantees. Being on or near the water carries a risk to life.

• Check official weather and marine forecasts before you set out.
• Complying with local fishing regulations, closed seasons and size limits is your responsibility.
• Wear a life jacket and make your own judgement about conditions and vessel safety.

We are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on information in the App.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time from inside the App or via the account deletion page.

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
